A strategic focus this year was on simplifying the product portfolio, achieving just above 30% reduction in SKUs that has enabled a strengthened focus on our high-growth products and secured significant operational efficiencies. The SKU rationalisation since 2024 forms part of our relentless drive to deliver cost leadership and reset our cost base to strengthen our competitiveness and deliver on our commitment to bringing affordable quality foods to the consumer. We have delivered valuable efficiencies this year by leveraging our production sites more flexibly across categories, improving our agricultural sourcing and procurement practices through more decentralised decision-making, and strengthening and standardising our infestation management activities.

We have continued to drive operational excellence, identifying opportunities to improve productivity and product quality, and enhance our safety, health and environmental performance. Our performance improvements have been underpinned by a visible shift in workplace culture, with the adoption of a more collaborative "can-do" mindset.

In addition to maintaining our focus on cost leadership, operational excellence and product affordability, our focus going forward will be looking to secure category growth by driving innovation within breakfast by leveraging our heritage brands, and investing in increased capacity in our key sites.
